We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers All negotiations, agreements, and transactions occur directly between users We do not guarantee the accuracy, condition, or legality of any listings

  1. User Responsibility

By using this platform, you agree:

You are responsible for verifying all listing details You will conduct your own due diligence before completing a transaction You assume all risks associated with buying or selling items

  1. Payments

Global Strength Exchange does not process payments between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated.

Payments are arranged directly between parties We are not responsible for payment disputes, fraud, or chargebacks

  1. Shipping & Logistics Services

We may offer optional shipping, storage, and export assistance.

These services are separate from marketplace transactions Sellers are not responsible for shipping unless agreed otherwise When we assist with logistics, we act as a third-party service provider, not as the seller

  1. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

That listings are accurate or available That transactions will be completed The quality, safety, or condition of any equipment

  1. Limitation of Liability

Any damages arising from transactions between users Loss, damage, or delays in shipping Disputes between buyers and sellers
